What to Expect
Before First Visit
Once your first visit is booked online or over the phone, you will be sent new patient intake forms. Please fill them out in entirety and to the best of you ability. This will allow us to save time in the office and ensure Dr. Erica has what she needs to provide proper care.
First Visit
During the first visit, Dr. Erica will sit down with you, talk about you or your child’s health history and your goals for care. She will address any questions or concerns you might have and make sure Poppy Chiropractic is right for you.
Next, we will begin an initial assessment including a physical exam and neurological scan. The Insight scanning technology allows us to get a complete picture of what is going on in you or your child’s body and see how your nervous system is functioning. This gives us a better idea of what may be causing any problems and how long it may take to be corrected.
Finishing off the first visit, you will receive your first adjustment! Dr. Erica will talk you through it and make sure you are comfortable with everything along the way.
This visit is about 45 minutes long.
